Overview
Account Executive – Loyalty Marketing role is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of select loyalty marketing programs s role partners closely with senior account leadership and cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality programs, manage day-to-day activities, and support client needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of Tier 3 loyalty marketing programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines
- Assist with program kickoffs and help create and maintain project plans to ensure internal and external teams are aligned on requirements and deliverables
- Manage daily project activities and timelines escalating risks and issues as needed
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients through regular communication and responsiveness
- Ensure creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and established style standards
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to help manage schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Facilitate internal and client approvals, markups, and routing processes
- Maintain accurate and organized program documentation in accordance with operational processes
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to support program improvements and operational efficiencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or project management
- Experience with CRM, loyalty, card, or automotive programs a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes
