Our headquarters are in Sofia with a team of 200 and we have a sales office in San Diego, CA.

We're in search of а skilled Social Media Manager to spearhead our online presence. This role involves developing a comprehensive strategy, managing and creating compelling content, and disseminating it across various social media platforms. The primary goals are to grow our audience, enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and ultimately boost sales.

Formulate and implement social media strategies geared towards expanding our audience, elevating brand awareness, and enhancing engagement for Mobi Systems brands

Establish and manage a monthly organic social content calendar across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, X, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, and potentially other relevant channels

Craft and disseminate compelling content that resonates effectively with our target audience

Monitor and actively engage with user interactions on our social media channels and posts

Cultivate and uphold a robust social media presence that authentically reflects our brand identity and values

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehensively understand brand messaging and objectives

Forge a strong partnership with our Product, Marketing and Design teams to create valuable content that resonates with our audience

Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and competitor activities, ensuring our communication practices align with best practices

Generate regular reports to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for enhancement

Manage a creative partner / partners to ensure maximizing the potential of opportunities the digital world offers

Demonstrated experience of 4 or more years in crafting impactful social media strategies

Profound understanding of social media platforms, encompassing their features and optimal practices

Outstanding communication abilities, complemented by proficiency in English

Capability to tailor the tone of voice to suit each social media platform and target audience

Robust skills in content management

A positive, proactive, and self-initiating approach

Background as a part of Digital / Creative Agency would be an advantage
