Accountabilities- Develop and execute data-driven marketing growth campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and events.
- Plan, set up, and optimise Google Ads and Linked In campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimise ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Contribute to brand positioning and tone.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company vision.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Develop compelling storytelling and brand communication across various channels.
- Implement SEO best practices including keyword research and content optimisation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support planning and coordination of events such as webinars and product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a B2B Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Experience in HR, management development, consulting, or executive coaching environments (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Linked In, Facebook, Mail Chimp, Word Press, Canva, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design capability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
