As a Media Account Manager (m/w/d), you will be the strategic lead and primary contact for one of our prestigious clients in the luxury watch industry. You will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for the activation of all social and search campaigns. You will advise the client from strategic planning through analysis and activation to optimization, and lead weekly status meetings.
With your expertise, you will develop customized concepts and ensure campaign success.
- Team Leadership: You will lead a team of seven based in London, overseeing paid media activities across search and social channels for our client. Role based in Lausanne.
- Campaign Activation: Lead the activation of all international social media campaigns (approx 11 per annum + local activations) and search across 40+ markets (always on & specific campaigns), together with 7 team members.
- Strategic Client Consulting: As the primary contact for strategic issues in social and search, you will advise our luxury watch client at the highest level.
- Conception & Planning: Lead the bespoke response to brief according to client brief and audiences, ensuring excellence and innovation together with the team located in London.
- Partner Management: Proactive communication and relationship with the different stakeholders (SEO Agency, social platforms, Google, production agency and client teams).
- Reporting & Analysis: Lead team response for creating reports on campaign performance and the beginning, during and end of campaigns, in the client format.

Experience:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a media agency. - Activation Expertise: Your skills in in‑platform activation for multinational clients at a management level set you apart.
- Language
Skills:
Fluency in English is a given for you; ideally, you also have German language skills. - Analytical
Skills:
With your experience in creating campaign reports and using dashboards, you impress with strong analytical abilities. - Proactivity: Your proactive approach and willingness to engage with various partners to forge close partnerships complete your profile.
