THE ROLE S

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Media Strategist who sees the big picture and understands the unique challenges and opportunities facing growing brands. This remote role is perfect for a performance media specialist who’s ready to evolve—someone who knows that conversion paths aren’t always linear, and that high‑impact strategy blends platforms, creative, landing experiences, and insights.

You’ll help lead media strategy for clients who need their media to do more than deliver impressions—helping uncover full‑funnel opportunities and making sure every dollar is working toward tangible business goals. You’re the one clients trust for smart answers, new ideas, and thoughtful perspective—never afraid to challenge assumptions or move beyond “what we’ve always done.”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the planning and cross‑platform execution and orchestration of paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat), aligning budgets and tactics to full‑funnel conversion strategies.
  • Act as the primary media strategist on client accounts—partnering in presentations, building trust through expertise, and delivering clear, insight‑driven performance reporting.
  • Guide campaign setup and execution using current best practices, collaborating with platform specialists to monitor pacing, optimize performance, and ensure accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, platform tools).
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations across audience targeting, creative formats (static, video, UGC), and messaging.
  • Provide input on landing page and creative optimization, ensuring alignment with user intent and performance goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate performance data into creative insights and feedback.
  • Provide input on creative briefs, ad iterations, and landing page optimization ideas.
  • Evaluate the role of creative types across channels and advise on formats that align with user behavior and platform strengths.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Support conversion tracking setup using tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and platform‑native tools.
  • Analyze data across platforms to find trends, uncover insights, and recommend strategic pivots.
  • Present performance insights to clients regularly with a focus on clarity, transparency, and strategy.
  • Be a thought partner to our team—sharing, learning, and improving processes as you go.
  • Participate in a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and modern marketing.
  • Contribute to evolving how media strategy is defined and delivered at Pyvot.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4‑6 years of hands‑on paid media experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Deep understanding of Meta and Google Ads platforms; familiarity with Linked In, Tik Tok, and Snapchat a plus.
  • Strong, hands‑on SEM experience is a must including Google Ads campaign buildouts, keyword research and structuring, ad copy testing, bid strategy optimization, landing page alignment, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and basic conversion tracking setup.
  • Proven ability to think across the full user journey and make strategic recommendations beyond the ad unit.
  • Exceptional client communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with a bias for insight over data dumps.
  • Experience in lead generation or service‑based businesses is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with designers, developers, and client stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter mindset with high accountability and great attention to detail.
