Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator B2C supports in defining, planning, managing, and executing Paid Media Marketing strategy and execution aimed at consumers/homeowners . Using strong organizational, communications, and technical marketing skills, the Marketing Coordinator B2C serves as a digital expert and supports internal strategy definition and execution in the areas of paid media and technical measurement of our campaigns.

A key part of the role is to implement and coordinate the delivery of highly effective online-based marketing programs in support of Phantom’s marketing and communications goals. Making every effort to remain up to date on key online trends, tools and resources, the Marketing Coordinator B2C fully leverages internet and web-based platforms to successfully implement corporate marketing strategies and create successful brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

(Included but not limited to the following)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital media campaigns across search, social, and display channels in alignment with revenue and lead-generation goals.
  • Own campaign setup, tracking, and optimization using GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platforms, and CRM data.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and deliver monthly and campaign-level reporting, including insights and recommendations to improve ROI and lead quality.
  • Maintain and optimize Phantom’s web properties, ensuring best practices for performance, tracking accuracy, and conversion optimization.
  • Support SEO strategy by collaborating with content partners on keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform media strategy, targeting, and creative direction.
  • Monitor and evaluate key metrics including CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment between creative, messaging, and media execution.
  • Support the development of annual B2C marketing plans by contributing data-driven recommendations and performance insights.

Position Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting digital marketing data and translating insights into action.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, and website analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years post-secondary education in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms, analytics tools, and attribution models and GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $65,000 and will be determined based on relevant skills and experience. This is a 100% remote position, with a home office within a 75 kilometer radius from our location.
