- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and manage deadlines
- Experience in hospitality, franchise, or multi-location business preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or franchise environment
- Familiarity with messaging frameworks and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Knowledge of marketing trends and digital performance metrics
- Experience collaborating with design teams on marketing materials
