Position SummaryThe US Oncology organization is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Opdivo Qvantig Patient Marketing Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support the continued success of Opdivo Qvantig. This role requires a strategic thinker, with creative drive and excellent collaboration skills across functions.
Key Responsibilities- Support Opdivo Qvantig patient marketing-related activities including: message development/refinement, campaign and patient journey evolution, strategic/tactical evolution within consumer channels, and business/channel analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HCP marketing, Advocacy, corporate communications, medical affairs, omnichannel strategy, market research/analytics, etc., to ensure alignment and execution of consumer marketing initiatives
- Lead development of brand advocacy strategy in partnership with Advocacy team to drive coordinated home office and sales team efforts with core advocacy organizations
- Conduct market research/insight activities and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Lead budget and vendor management processes
- Work collaboratively with PReP team to develop and execute high-impact marketing materials in support of Opdivo Qvantig consumer promotion
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets
- BA degree or equivalent is required
- 5-7 years of relevant marketing, brand management, US Commercial experience or equivalent (experience in oncology desirable)
- Consumer marketing experience desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in managing external resources and partners, including advertising agencies
- Experience in utilizing primary and secondary market research
- Strong organization and prioritization skills

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation Overview Princeton - NJ - US: $137,290 - $166,366. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
