Social Media Coordinator - Off-Road Motorsports
Campbell Marketing & Communications is looking for an enthusiastic individual to help develop and manage several clients' social media as well as Campbell Marketing & Communications' own social media. The individual will work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team managing B2B, B2C client social media accounts.
The applicant should have 1+ years of social media experience with strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written), self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a high‑volume environment. This is a junior level role.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day‑to‑day communication, and overseeing all account‑related activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each client's business objectives, industry, and target audience.
- Work with clients and internal team members to ensure client success, leading multiple accounts and providing mentorship to teammates.
- Collaborate with all teams within Campbell Marketing & Communications regularly to develop external communications social media.
- Lead social media moderation and community management, engagement for assigned clients.
- Work with a team daily to develop social content calendars for assigned clients.
- Provide insight, content recommendations based on social media reports.
- Identify and brainstorm channel‑specific trends and opportunities to enhance social content regularly.
- Attend events and liaise with clients to cover activities from a social media perspective.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital media, marketing, public relations, communications, or related field.
- One or two years of experience in a Social Media Manager role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with, and understanding of, current and emerging social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter and Linked In.
- Proficient in strategic thinking, adept at interpreting analytics, and skilled in delivering performance‑enhancing recommendations for social channels.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of motorsports, specifically off‑road events, is a plus.
- Interest in outdoors, backpacking, and/or camping is a plus.
- Automotive market knowledge is a plus.
- Content creation abilities (photo, graphic design) are a plus.
- Moderate travel required (8‑10 events/year), including some weekend/evening hours. Travel will be to outdoor events.

- This position is open to remote work with preference for Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI based candidates.
- Detroit, MI based candidates would join a hybrid work environment with 2‑3 days in the office each week.

- Salary range starts at $47,000.00 - negotiable based on experience.
- A valid Driver's License and clear driving record are required.
