• Create and curate compelling content for our clients  social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and You Tube
• Collaborate with our clients and the team to develop social media strategies that align with their personal brand and our company s goals
• Manage and maintain our clients  social media presence by scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement and analytics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our clients  social media presence
• Work with our clients to create and execute social media campaigns to promote their brand and increase their following
• Attend events and games with our clients to capture behind-the-scenes content for social media
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media advertising campaigns
• Monitor and report on social media analytics to track the success of our clients  social media efforts

• Associates or Bachelor s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the sports industry
• Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and You Tube
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and high-quality content
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for sports and knowledge of current sports trends and news
• Availability to attend events and games with our clients, including some weekends and evenings
• Fully remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the world

• Pay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experience
• Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)
• Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
