The Marketing Services Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and supports the execution of marketing initiatives across Fogelman’s portfolio. Working closely with Performance Marketing, Brand & Communications, Regional Managers, and onsite community teams, this role helps implement marketing plans, monitor performance, and enhance the customer journey from awareness through lease signing. This is a remote role, with the candidate ideally being located in the following markets:
Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, or Georgia.
This is a marketing role ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn performance marketing in the multifamily industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, curious, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Property Support- Assist in the implementation of property-level marketing plans developed by Performance Marketing.
- Support new property launches, rebrands, and repositioning efforts.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to onsite teams in partnership with Regional Managers.
- Help maintain current assets such as photography, virtual tours, and collateral.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics including traffic, lead sources, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates.
- Assist in preparing recurring marketing performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends and support recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Update creative assets across digital platforms to ensure brand consistency and visual quality.
- Assist with website audits and content updates.
- Curate and upload photography, video, and creative assets into the digital asset management system.
- Support social media guidance and content coordination for properties (execution support; strategy directed by leadership).
- Assist with setup and optimization of marketing technology tools, including:
- CRM follow-ups and automation workflows
- Email templates
- Virtual leasing optimization
- Reputation management platforms
- Help monitor online reputation performance and support response best practices.
- Maintain marketing system accuracy across Yardi, CRM platforms, and other web-based tools.
- Schedule property photography and interactive media shoots.
- Manage and monitor marketing workflow systems including:
- Marketing ticketing system for support requests
- Asana for internal projects and Yardi Reach requests
- for creative requests and brand store updates
- Coordinate training calls for onsite associates.
- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing training materials within Vision.

- Travel up to 20% to visit properties, Memphis corporate office, and conferences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Use a wide range of property management software and web-based applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Analytical and creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effectively collaborate with various internal departments
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of Marketing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Multifamily experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
