Role SummaryWe're looking for a Senior Field Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our event and field marketing efforts across Indonesia. This role is tailor‑made for someone who thrives on creating engaging in‑person experiences that move the needle on brand awareness and pipeline development. You'll be our boots‑on‑the‑ground, turning events into revenue conversations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize company‑hosted events (executive round tables, workshops, roadshows, social gatherings to nurture relationships) targeting high‑value prospects and customers
- Drive our presence at key third‑party events, conferences, and trade shows that align with our target industries
- Own the end‑to‑end event cycle: briefing, vendor coordination, logistics, execution, and post‑event follow‑up in collaboration with Sales
- Partner with the Sales team on Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) plays to ensure events align with named account priorities
- Develop and manage localized field marketing budgets per event, with final spend subject to pre‑approval
- Track and report on field marketing performance, including event ROI, pipeline impact, and lead quality
- Coordinate with external PR agency, freelancers or KOLs to ensure brand visibility and media exposure around key events
- Localize and adapt global or regional campaigns for Indonesia’s unique market dynamics
- Partner with the global content lead to identify, source, and produce compelling client testimonials and case studies as well as podcasts that support brand credibility and sales efforts
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on events, field marketing, or ABM in the tech or SaaS industry
- Proven ability to execute B2B events that generate pipeline and deepen customer relationships
- Experience working with or alongside sales teams; comfortable speaking the language of pipeline and revenue
- Excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
- Comfortable with domestic travel for events
- High‑quality, high‑impact events that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline
- Sales teams actively engaged and excited to bring prospects to marketing‑led events
- Event experiences that elevate our brand perception in a crowded B2B landscape
- Smooth coordination with PR partners to amplify local visibility
- A steady stream of well‑produced client testimonials and case studies that resonate with target buyers
- Working time:
