• Take ownership of web and mobile user acquisition.
• Optimize media‑buying processes across main channels (Meta & Google).
• Supervise the web/social team.
• Automate teamwork through in‑house and third‑party solutions.
• Manage marketing budgets of $1M+ to ensure cost‑effective allocation and ROI.

• 3+ years of UAM experience, preferably in subscriptional B2C products.
• Experience managing $1 million+ in monthly ad spend.
• Direct, hands‑on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
• Skilled in using Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude for data analysis.
• Strong marketing mindset and deep knowledge of user psychology.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2)+ English level.
