The Opportunity
As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will be joining a marketing powerhouse that is currently operating at an all-time high. In 2025 alone, our digital presence reached a record-breaking 2 billion impressions. We are looking for a creative strategist to build on this momentum by serving as the primary voice for our Urology brand.
This isn't just a "posting" role; it is a content-first position where you will help lead our expansion into diverse and new channels with high-production brand storytelling at the forefront. YourPrimary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator. The Social Media & Content Coordinator is responsible for:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Partner with the Brand Manager to build and execute a strategy informed by competitive research and platform-specific audience identification.
- Social Media Creative: Utilizing our expansive brand library of photo and video assets, curated templates from our in-house multimedia designer, and UGC content from influencers and partners, produce social media graphics, videos, etc. (using Canva or similar tools) that adhere to brand standards while ensuring visual continuity across all social and digital touchpoints.
- UGC Content Creation: Serve as a primary creator and face of UGC content, both video and photo, for usage across our paid and organic marketing channels. Necessary materials, props, product, etc. will be provided by Aeroflow.
- Community & Reputation Management: Actively engage with our community by managing comments, mentions, and reviews across all Aeroflow Urology social channels and review channels (e.g. Google) in a timely manner.
- Performance Analytics: Capture and analyze social data and metrics to continuously improve content performance and inform future creative testing.
- Strategic Planning: Maintain an up-to-date social media calendar with content outlines prepared at least one month in advance.
- Trend Monitoring: Proactively monitor social media trends, industry news, and PR mentions to support brand relevance and identify timely posting opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the paid media, design, and content teams to ensure all assets align with campaign messaging and broader marketing goals.
- Additional marketing efforts as needed such as content creation, project management, etc.
- Understanding of how brands should participate in social media authentically.
- Comfortable and confident serving as a primary on-camera creator for user-generated content (UGC). This includes the ability to produce high-quality, authentic video and photo assets that align with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- The candidate is culturally sensitive to the latest trends; understands the internet, social and meme culture, and how to work within it while maintaining brand safety.
