• Drive outreach to attract and convert high-potential creators
• Manage and optimise outreach team performance
• Test and develop new acquisition channels (e.g. paid, partnerships)
• Build our brand strategy across platforms like Linked In & Instagram

• Optimise our digital presence for engagement and credibility

• Proven experience in marketing, digital media or sales
• Track record in outreach (e.g. Linked In, Instagram, email)
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Results-focused, structured, and proactive

• Paid ads (Meta, Google, Linked In)
• CRM or outreach automation experience
• Branding or email marketing experience
• Experience with influencers or creator platforms
