Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership & Content Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy (blog, case studies, webinars) highlighting AF3’s data-driven insights in multifamily marketing.
  • Content Production:
    Plan and write high-quality long-form content, website copy, and sales materials tailored to property owners, operators, and asset managers.
  • SEO & Digital Visibility:
    Manage the organic content calendar to maintain top-of-funnel visibility for core B2B searches.
  • Brand & Internal Communications:
    Ensure brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency across collateral, pitch decks, and proposals.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Collaborate with Business Development/Sales to create and refine pitch materials and client success narratives.
  • Internal Alignment:
    Ensure all employees are informed about latest product updates, brand messaging, and client success stories.
  • Digital Channel Management:
    Website content management focused on increasing inbound B2B lead generation; develop organic social strategy.
  • Public Relations & Awards Management:
    Cultivate relationships with trade publications, secure placements, identify speaking opportunities, and manage awards submissions.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Strategic thinker and focused executor who can translate priorities into a holistic marketing plan.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing technologies, including ethical considerations of AI.
  • Collaborative with the ability to influence outcomes across teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Professional maturity to make challenging decisions and champion new initiatives.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and transparent communication.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
  • 4–6 years of progressive marketing communications experience in an agency or relevant industry, with a focus on sales enablement and content production.
  • Exemplary writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of B2B case studies and executive presentations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and lead generation funnels.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to measure content and communications performance.
  • Multifamily and/or digital marketing agency experience preferred.

Compensation

Salary range: $105,000–$111,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible for company benefits, including health, vision, dental, and pet insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.
