** Brand Manager.
** With exciting new innovations and expansion plans underway, this is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, intellectually curious Brand Manager to make a meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, premium consumer packaged goods environment.

The Brand Manager will play a key role in building and executing a U.S. innovation pipeline. This position focuses on both short- and long-term brand growth through strategic planning, flawless execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

** Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days work from home)

** Duration:
** 5 month contract

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Business & Brand Analysis*
* + Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and brand analysis to optimize launch strategies within a fast-moving CPG category

+ Partner with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Sales to evaluate channel-specific tactics and identify growth opportunities

+ Lead day-to-day cross-functional project management (PMO), including meeting facilitation, timelines, and deliverables

+ Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership

** Product & Innovation Management*
* + Lead commercialization of new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners

+ Manage qualitative and quantitative consumer research from briefing through insight generation and recommendations

+ Work closely with Category Management and Trade Marketing to create persuasive sell-in stories and customer toolkits

+ Coordinate vendor setup, purchase orders, MSAs, SOWs, and IOs with Finance and Legal

+ Partner with sales, analytics, and omni-channel teams to ensure products are correctly set up for tracking, e-commerce, and launch readiness (imagery, nutritionals, UPCs, content, etc.)

** Communications Planning & Execution*
* + Lead internal teams and external agencies in the development of creative assets for brand and shopper marketing programs

+ Ensure consistent brand messaging and trademark integrity across all consumer touchpoints

+ Support innovation forecasting, annual marketing budget planning and tracking, and overall brand planning efforts

** Cross-Functional Leadership*
* + Collaborate across Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Legal

+ Support integrated agency management, fostering strong collaboration and accountability across creative, media, PR/social, influencer, shopper, and e-commerce partners

+ Manage multiple high-visibility projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

** Qualifications*
* ** Education*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required

+ Master's degree in Business preferred

** Experience*
* + Minimum of 5 years of brand marketing experience within consumer packaged goods

+ Strong experience using syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) to analyze trends and build insights

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and post-launch assessment

+ Solid budget management and forecasting experience

+ Understanding of food, drug, mass, club, and e-commerce channels

+ Exposure to P&L management preferred

+ Global/upstream marketing experience and digital or agency experience are a plus

** Pay Details:**  $90.90 per hour
