• Create and implement a Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for selling Marketing Operations services

• Measure success through Total Contract Value (TCV) of signed deals and thought leadership initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 7 years of experience related to the job description
• Strong sales, relationship management, and account management experience
• Ability to work with diverse teams across time zones and locations
• Deep knowledge of the Marketing Operations landscape and trends

• Experience with outsourcing or managed services, preferably in marketing
• Background in a digital marketing or media agency
• Familiarity with digital/AI solutions that enhance Marketing functions
• Understanding of the impact of AI on Marketing operations
