Location: The Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events.

Role

Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for Account Manager roles within our growing Affiliate Marketing team. As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships, manage affiliate marketing campaigns, and work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that ensure long‑term client success. Additionally, you will lead recruitment efforts, engage in networking opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with Account Directors and/or Senior Account Managers to cultivate strong client relationships by consistently delivering high‑quality outputs.
  • Lead discussions on partnership opportunities: Use data insights to pitch innovations and align strategies with client business objectives.
  • Proactive client engagement: Manage day‑to‑day execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and assisting senior team members in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
  • Data Analytics & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights that drive client strategy and campaign optimizations; demonstrate forecasting ability; present data‑driven recommendations to align client KPIs with business goals.
  • Campaign & Strategic Partner Management: Nurture and manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with client objectives; attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities; suggest new ideas and approaches.
  • Operational Execution & Tactical Adjustments: Execute affiliate marketing strategies across multiple accounts; monitor portfolio performance and adjust tactics to optimize client success.
  • Leadership, Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor Associate Account Managers, foster collaboration and strategic execution, delegate tasks effectively.

  • Support multiple client accounts, collaborate with senior team members to build strong relationships with key contacts.
  • Use data insights to optimize client campaigns, regularly presenting actionable recommendations.
  • Client KPIs consistently met; client satisfaction scores 8+.
By 1 Year
  • Takes full accountability for client program success, managing strategic execution and maximizing account performance.
  • Coaches Associate Account Managers to develop skills and challenge the status quo.
  • Client satisfaction remains high, Net Promoter Scores consistently 8+.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in‑house, or network) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data.
  • Experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., Share

    ASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus.
