Experience:

2-4 years of professional experience in Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing. Industry Background:
Previous experience with a global hardware manufacturer is key, but so is a passion for the broader technology landscape. You should feel equally comfortable discussing marketing strategies for educational kits and hobbyist components as you are coordinating high-level initiatives for industrial automation partners.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Regional Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the AMER technology landscape and distribution channels. Experience in copywriting, crafting professional marketing claims, and creative storytelling. Direct experience with A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and user funnel optimization. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of co-marketing initiatives. Your core duties will include:
Strategic

Collaboration:

Establish direct relationships and foster strong collaboration with the go-to market teams of strategic global and regional partners (distributors, system integrators, and VARs). Joint Marketing Initiatives:
Design, plan, and execute joint campaigns, including webinars, workshops, product launches, and trade show participation to promote the Arduino ecosystem. Content Creation & Promotion:
Develop compelling marketing assets such as blog posts, social media updates, use cases, case studies, and videos that highlight partner success and the value of Arduino solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience across all partner-related touchpoints and co-branded landing pages. Channel Enablement:
Partner with Sales and Training teams to ensure distributors are equipped with the necessary tools, collateral, and knowledge to effectively sell Arduino products. Performance Analysis:
Track and report on the success of marketing efforts by monitoring KPIs and providing ROI analysis to leadership. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests specifically for partner-led digital activities to maximize lead generation. Budget & Planning:
Manage the regional partner marketing budget, drafting yearly plans and coordinating with partner teams to ensure high-quality execution. Operational Support:
Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), support account managers, and assist in finding customer stories and referrals. Events:
Coordinate the yearly Partner Conference, oversee partner onboarding for events, and attend major trade shows as required by regional partner activities. Market Insight:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
