• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience writing and managing social media content
• Excellent writing skills, including grammar, tone, and flow
• Proficient in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Experience with Tik Tok or Pinterest
• Background in behavioral health, autism, special education, or related fields
• Volunteer or work experience with community-based or special needs organizations
• Familiarity with project management tools like  and design tools like Canva
• Experience writing in AP or Chicago style
