Core Medical Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in turning marketing plans into real results.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to help execute marketing initiatives that support clinician engagement, brand visibility, and business growth. From campaigns and content to industry events and trade shows, you’ll play a key role in moving marketing initiatives from concept to launch.

- Airtable or similar project management platforms
- Canva
- Bullhorn CRM
- Bullhorn Automation
- Hub Spot
- Adobe Creative Suite
- ChatGPT or other AI‑powered marketing tools
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within the staffing industry
- Experience executing marketing campaigns and supporting marketing events or trade shows
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
$50,000‑$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
