• Develop and execute Paid Media strategies across international markets (including the US and Germany), focused on scaling transaction volume while maintaining strict ROAS and margin targets.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end - from account structure and Performance Max to Standard Shopping and search campaigns.
• Own performance against key sales KPIs such as ROAS, POAS, CAC, and AOV.
• Lead advanced product feed optimization in Google Merchant Center - including attribute quality control, custom labels, feed rules, and ongoing issue resolution.
• Leverage first-party data to build audience segments (Customer Match) and implement value-based bidding strategies.
• Run continuous A/B tests (PMax structures, ad copy, bidding strategies), document insights, and scale best-performing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Analytics, CRM, IT (especially around feed architecture), and Creative teams to maximize marketing efficiency and performance.
• Monitor performance trends and proactively identify growth opportunities across new segments, products, and markets.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Paid Media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads),
  with a strong focus on e-commerce and sales-driven objectives.
• Proven experience managing substantial monthly budgets (hundreds of thousands PLN/EUR).
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and GA4 - including the ability to diagnose feed issues, implement GMC rules, and independently analyze performance data.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (experience with Looker Studio is a plus).
• Experience working with first-party data and performance-oriented bidding strategies.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the gaming ecosystem and player behavior is a strong advantage.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level - comfortable working in an international environment.
