Overview
If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be required (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Those outside of commutable distance may be considered on a remote basis.
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Project Manager, Strategy
. This role is an individual contributor role and will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and cross-functional marketing teams, providing strategic guidance on best practices, emerging technologies (including AI), and operational frameworks that drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and a passion for leveraging innovation to optimize marketing and sales performance.
This role bridges strategy and execution, enabling the marketing organization to operate with focus, alignment, and accountability.
Responsibilities- Strategic Advisory:
- Advise marketing leadership and cross-functional teams on best practices, industry trends, and innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage marketing projects, including budget management, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Sales Enablement Frameworks:
- Develop and implement structured frameworks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to help the marketing and sales teams identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and tools across the organization.
- 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in strategic advisory and technology adoption.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, AI applications, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience in sales enablement and developing frameworks for revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent project/program management experience.
- Change management expertise and process improvement skills.
- Agency/vendor management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in project management, marketing operations, or analytics (preferred).
- Ongoing professional development in marketing leadership and operational excellence.
