• Execute assigned projects and support operational tasks to enhance marketing services and systems
• Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, IT, and Sales Operations, to drive results
• Create clear process documentation and facilitate training for the marketing team
• Maintain alignment between the Marketing Operations team and other departments, including Strategic Sourcing and Security
• Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales globally

• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, business systems, or sales operations
• Strong ownership mentality and bias for action, with a passion for process design
• Excellent communication and project management skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical audiences
• Eagerness to stay updated on the latest developments in marketing technology
• Proven ability to deliver a stellar end-user experience

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Contentful, Hightouch, or Gumloop
• Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable or Jira
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet marketing needs
