Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a communication strategy focused on client outreach and retention.
  • Organize schedules for service offerings like a pro.
  • Communicate expertly with clients via email, social media, and phone calls.
  • Create captivating email marketing content that resonates with clients.
  • Prescreen clients to identify service candidates.
  • Help maintain adherence to company style and quality standards.
  • Evaluate results of communication efforts—learn and optimize!
  • Assist with cleaning and other relevant responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in communications, secretary/assistant roles, or writing.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills—make those words shine!
  • Stellar verbal communication ability—let’s keep those conversations flowing!
  • Professional, positive, and coachable attitude—because we can all grow together!
  • Proficient in typing, email, Facebook, Instagram, and other business tools.
  • Content writing experience for all media platforms to wow our clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
