Role Overview

Job Title: Director of Brand & Content

Job Type: Full‑Time W2 Employee

Reports To: Chief Growth Officer

Department Head: Chief Growth Officer

Location: Omaha Headquarters (Hybrid: Office + Work From Home)

Compensation: $97, Base Salary + Up to a $18,900 Incentive Bonus

Step into the role of Director of Brand & Content and become the architect of our authority and organic demand engine in the franchising industry.

This is not a content production role. This is a brand and conversion leadership role.

You will be responsible for shaping how Franchise Sidekick is perceived in the market—ensuring our content builds trust at scale and converts organic attention into qualified leads.

You will lead a high‑output content engine spanning video, blogs, podcasts, and social media—ensuring every piece of content not only educates and engages, but moves prospects forward in their journey.

You will work closely with the Director of Growth & Demand Generation to ensure organic traffic, content engagement, and brand authority translate into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Your mission is clear: build authority, capture demand, and convert organic attention into qualified opportunities.

Brand Strategy & Positioning (20%)
  • Define and evolve Franchise Sidekick’s brand narrative and differentiation within the franchising market
  • Ensure consistency across all messaging, platforms, and customer touchpoints
  • Strengthen authority through thought leadership, education, and storytelling
  • Align brand positioning with growth strategy and key customer avatars
  • Develop and execute content roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Identify high‑impact content themes that build trust and drive conversion across long sales cycles
  • Oversee blogs, podcasts, You Tube, and educational content
  • Ensure all content plays a clear role in the buyer journey—from awareness to lead conversion
  • Create cornerstone content that compounds in value over time
Organic Demand Capture & Conversion (20%)
  • Develop strategies to convert organic traffic into qualified leads across all content channels
  • Optimize blogs, videos, and content assets for lead capture through CTAs, lead magnets, and conversion pathways
    Partner with Growth to align organic funnels with overall lead generation strategy
  • Improve conversion rates from content engagement to inquiry, application, or consultation
  • Identify high‑performing content and build conversion layers around it (downloads, guides, assessments, etc.)
  • Continuously test and refine how organic audiences are guided into the funnel
Creative Direction & Content Production (15%)
  • Provide creative direction across video, written, and visual content
  • Develop messaging frameworks, hooks, and narrative structures aligned with audience psychology
    Partner with Video, Design, and Content teams to execute high‑quality content at scale
    Ensure content includes clear calls‑to‑action and pathways that guide users toward becoming leads
  • Collaborate with Growth to align content with campaigns, funnels, and paid creative
Community Growth & Brand Authority (10%)
  • Grow and engage audiences across You Tube, Linked In, Instagram, and other key platforms
  • Increase brand search, organic demand, and audience trust
  • Foster meaningful community interaction and conversation
  • Position Franchise Sidekick as a leading educational voice in franchising
Events, Partnerships & Brand Expansion (10%)
