Job Overview
Our client is hiring for a well established beauty brand primarily based in the Los Angeles area. The Social Content Coordinator will become an integral part of a vibrant creator marketing team. This role is crucial in the team's swiftly growing department. The Social Content Coordinator will be a detail-oriented and well-organized individual who can effectively recruit creators to generate UGC content for the brand.
A genuine enthusiasm for beauty and Tik Tok is essential!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with nano creators, negotiating compensation.
- Maintain a detailed database and manage product shipments through our warehouse.
- Develop comprehensive campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and creator agreements.
- Discover and select new talent for various campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams, including brand, legal, and strategy, to ensure smooth campaign execution and necessary approvals.
- Track and analyze post/ad performance metrics across social media platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Recommend new creators that align with brand goals.
- Perform market research to stay current with best practices and new trends.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Strong passion for influencer marketing, beauty trends, and pop culture.
- Competent in tracking, monitoring, and analyzing data.
- Proficient with Google Drive (creating presentations, managing spreadsheets).
- A self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Outstanding communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Requirements & Package:
- Frequent sitting, typing, standing, and walking
- Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs
- The position is based in the Greater Los Angeles Area, and will work occasionally in the office, while being primarliy remote/work from home.
- Hourly Rate: $25
