The Role
Guidant Financial is excited to announce an opportunity for a remote Senior Content and Brand Strategy Manager! This role is all about combining a cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI)-driven approach with a strong focus on brand to create impactful content. You'll not only craft proprietary, high-quality materials but also lead efforts to enhance brand growth and thought leadership in accordance with our strategic marketing plan.
If you're a creative storyteller and a tech-savvy marketing innovator, you'll thrive in this position as you share our brand narrative across various channels—including blog articles, videos, infographics, podcasts, and more. By harnessing AI, you'll help our content stand out in a crowded marketplace, ensuring that Guidant’s unique voice and expertise resonate on every platform. You'll also keep pace with the latest technologies, continuously refining our strategies based on insights from brand studies, rebranding initiatives, and comprehensive thought leadership campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take charge of our AI-driven content strategy across all business channels, ensuring it harmonizes with our brand vision and thought leadership.
- Tailor written materials, videos, infographics, and podcasts to resonate with each channel's audience, maximizing engagement.
- Create captivating social media posts, visuals, and advertising creatives that align with our brand guidelines; experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design platforms is highly desirable.
- Establish a strategic editorial calendar and oversee the entire content pipeline from concept to publication.
- Act as the creative guardian, ensuring that all content tells a coherent story that mirrors our brand's evolution.
- Oversee external creative partners by assigning tasks, evaluating deliverables, and incorporating AI tools when applicable.
- Infuse insights from brand studies and other research into our content, positioning Guidant as a leader in the industry.
- Streamline content processes to ensure consistently high-quality thought leadership and successful brand rollouts.
- Promote innovative social media storytelling across all Guidant platforms.
- Plan and implement content strategies for product launches and events, aligning with our brand's evolution milestones.
- Publish and manage articles, ensuring they adhere to both brand and SEO standards.
- Work collaboratively with designers and social media managers to ensure all visual content reinforces our brand messaging and captivates our target audiences.
