Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize full-funnel paid media strategies

• Manage PPC advertising for high-intent Google and Microsoft campaigns

• Execute targeted paid social and retargeting strategies

• Launch CTV programs with measurable audience impact

• Provide insights and recommendations based on multiple KPIs

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of digital marketing experience, with 7+ in paid media

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social platforms

• Expertise in analytics tools, including GA4 and conversion metrics

• Demonstrated success in driving MQLs and maintaining lead quality

• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-department workflows
