Overview
Brand Marketing Assistant – Marketing – Beauty & Wellness, headquartered in Marlborough, MA. The role supports US wellness brands (VICKS, PUR, Braun, Honeywell) and may involve additional brands.
Location & ScheduleHybrid: 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday) with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities- Assist the Brand Manager/Marketing Director in executing brand strategy and day‑to‑day marketing initiatives.
- Partner with major retailers (Walmart, Target, Amazon, Home Depot, etc.) to deliver marketing assets such as presentations, price lists, product comparisons, and samples.
- Develop, maintain, and proof packaging, owner’s manuals, product labels, and associated documentation.
- Conduct market analysis using POS data, Nielsen coding, and competitive grids to monitor sales performance and market share.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence marketing team on digital and e‑commerce initiatives to optimize consumer marketing.
- Execute digital, PR, influencer, social, and content campaigns in coordination with third‑party agencies.
- Support sales planning and forecasting by providing market data, trend insights, and supply communication.
- Coordinate cross‑functional product line information, including specifications, part numbers, and engineering change requests.
- Perform vendor management, research, and reporting to support marketing activities.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive, product, and trend analysis.
- Can‑do attitude and excellent collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Digital and e‑commerce marketing proficiency, including content development and planning.
- Understanding of costing, pricing, financial analysis, and P&L.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accountability, project and time‑management ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in brand marketing.
- Experience in e‑commerce and/or digital marketing.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
