Job Description

Summary:

This individual is a creative, detail‑oriented person interested in content creation, social media, and market research. It offers hands‑on experience across marketing, client success, and sales teams. The work is hybrid, with remote work and in‑office collaboration at our Leawood, KS office.

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.
• Support marketing and sales teams in developing and executing campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help maintain and update the company website.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
• Contribute to SEO campaigns.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Hub Spot, website maintenance, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple objectives independently.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in both independent and team environments.
• Creative problem‑solving and innovative thinking skills.

• Strong technical and social media skills, staying current with trends and platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic design experience with tools such as Figma and Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Social media and tech‑savvy.

Schedule will require up to 40 hours per week.
