Role Summary

Mediate.ly is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social (Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.), and Programmatic (a plus!). This role requires a hands‑on expert who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with in‑platform execution.

  • Achievement of campaign performance goals across paid media channels
  • Month‑over‑month and quarter‑over‑quarter improvement in campaign efficiency through optimization and testing
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations delivered to stakeholders
Reports to

Associate Director, Media

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Campaign Management & Execution
    • Manage end‑to‑end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, and (ideally) Programmatic platforms.
    • Leverage products within platforms (e.g., PMax, Demand Gen, You Tube, Lead form products, etc.).
    • Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns, including audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
    • Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.).
  • Optimization & Analytics
    • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, leveraging A/B testing, audience insights, and real‑time adjustments.
    • Monitor performance metrics and create actionable insights to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
    • Analyze performance data to inform media strategies and provide recommendations.
  • Strategy & Collaboration
    • Work cross‑functionally with account lead colleagues to refine messaging, landing pages, and ad formats.
    • Work closely with data ops team to ensure accurate and strategic conversion implementation.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities.
    • Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What it takes to succeed in this role
  • 7+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns (Meta, Linked In, You Tube, etc.).
  • Programmatic media buying experience is a plus! (The Trade Desk, Stack Adapt).
  • Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools within and outside of platforms.
  • Blackbelt Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data‑driven insights clearly.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
