At Clarins, CRM is at the heart of how we build meaningful, long-term relationships with our consumers. As CRM & Consumer Data Manager
, you will drive the CRM strategy across Southeast Asia and APAC distributor markets, leveraging consumer data to deliver personalized, omnichannel experiences that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
You will partner closely with regional and local teams across Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, Loyalty, and Communications to translate data insights into impactful campaigns and customer journeys, supporting the acceleration of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy.
What you’ll do:Retail CRM Strategy & Customer Lifecycle Management
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across markets.
- Design and manage end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle programs aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
- Ensure omnichannel consistency across CRM touchpoints (Email, SMS, Clienteling tools).
- Analyse customer data and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
- Track key CRM KPIs and provide regular reporting to support business decisions.
- Translate data into recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns supporting product launches and key brand moments.
- Manage agencies and campaign execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve performance and ROI.
- Support regional CRM initiatives including segmentation, loyalty programs, and customer journey enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align CRM strategies with marketing and commercial plans.
- Lead local initiatives related to data integration and customer profiling.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, governance, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. PDPA).
- Maintain structured and reliable customer databases to support CRM effectiveness.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing, or consumer data analytics, preferably in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong experience in campaign management and customer lifecycle strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple teams and markets.
