Lead marketing strategies as a Marketing Manager for a CDN CPG food company, focusing on U.S. markets. This position allows mainly work-from-home flexibility.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in consumer packaged goods marketing, especially in the food or beverage sector. You will play a key role in shaping the growth of branded food products across diverse retail channels in the U.S., while occasionally attending meetings in the Greater Toronto Area. Your expertise is essential for executing trade marketing and shopper activation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing programs for U.S. grocery and retail channels
• Collaborate with sales and broker teams to enhance marketing efforts
• Lead digital campaigns and shopper marketing initiatives
• Oversee sampling events and promotional merchandising
• Analyze campaign performance and manage marketing budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in consumer goods marketing
• Familiarity with U.S. grocery channel operations
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Willingness to travel as necessary
