Role Overview

Senior Manager, Corporates Marketing Strategy – responsible for crafting and driving the U.S. legal corporates demand generation strategy, owning full-funnel performance and budget, and identifying repeatable sources of growth across small, mid, and large U.S. corporate legal customers. This strategic leadership role works with senior marketing, product marketing, sales, and finance partners to translate go‑to‑market priorities into integrated, multi‑channel plans that create pipeline, improve funnel conversion and velocity, and drive marketing‑attributed revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Translate corporates legal GTM strategy, customer insights, personas/segmentation, and competitive intelligence into clear demand generation priorities and quarterly plans.
  • Partner across Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Creative/Content) and Sales to align upfront on audience, offers, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Build and activate integrated, buying‑group campaigns across priority digital channels; optimize channel mix and performance to improve funnel conversion and velocity.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution across multiple programs, ensuring quality, on‑time delivery, and alignment to strategy.
  • Forecast, measure and report impact on funnel performance including MQLs, pipeline, revenue influence, and velocity; deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use customer insights, competitive intelligence and data/analytics to establish iterative planning cycles where campaign performance is reviewed with sub‑segments and modified, where necessary, to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Own sub‑segment performance and surface risks/opportunities with clear actions for leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing with deep understanding of marketing frameworks and channel mix activation.
  • Proven experience building demand generation strategies and translating them into integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing large budgets ($3M+ annually) including forecasting, ROI evaluation, and ongoing reallocation based on performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, measuring, and reporting on marketing metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including experience working with and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and reporting tools (e.g., Eloqua, Workfront, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, teamwork and relationship‑building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization.
  • ABM and industry‑specific experience a plus; deep understanding of modern demand generation technologies, platforms and systems.
  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
Work Model

You must be based in the United States. Hybrid role based out of MSP, Fisco, or Dallas area. Flexible hybrid working environment (2–3 days a week in the office) with ability to work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation range (U.S.): $100,100

USD – $185,900

USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The total reward program includes flexible benefits, retirement savings, and an annual bonus based on performance.
