Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing and Sales Coordinator provides integrated support across Anguil’s global sales and marketing functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives and promotional plans while also supporting sales operations to enhance the purchasing experience for Anguil customers. The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, consistent branding, and effective collaboration across teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Create, edit, and maintain marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, graphics)
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
- Develop and deploy content for the company website, social media, and email marketing platforms
- Support photography, video, and creative production initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide materials that support business development and pipeline tracking
- Assist with the maintenance of CRM and ERP data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Responsible for content coordination and publishing of routine company newsletters
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to support both sales and marketing initiatives
- Help maintain sales and marketing templates, file structures, and standardized documents
- Generate and maintain reports on opportunities, quotes, bookings, and sales performance metrics
- Consistently demonstrate and uphold the company’s four core values through actions, decisions, and interactions
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment that supports learning and teamwork
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned to support efficient use of company resources and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience with digital marketing software for email marketing and website content management (Word Press)
- Design capability with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equal
- Proven capability with social media platforms
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data management as it pertains to business
- Practical knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Background with trade show or event coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related administrative role
