Marketing Content Manager

Job Description

As the Marketing Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our content across various channels to adoption and usage of Move Docs – a digital services platform that makes the lives of attorneys, healthcare providers, and their clients easier. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of content creation for web, print, and video, particularly within the SaaS industry.

This position will report into the SVP, Marketing.

• The ideal candidate would be able to work a hybrid schedule, working from our Chicago or Las Vegas office for face‑to‑face collaboration a few times a week. Fully remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates in other markets.
  Only candidates in PST, MST or CST time zones will be considered.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our marketing and business objectives.
• Own and create a content calendar mapped to each stage of our customer journey.
• Create high-quality content for web pages, videos, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and sales to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Manage content distribution to ensure maximum reach and impact, utilizing SEO, social, and other digital marketing tactics.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and apply them to continuous improvement of our content strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing in the B2B space, preferably within a digital service platform or SaaS industry.
• Legal or healthcare industry experience a plus.
• A strong portfolio of impactful content across web, print, and video formats.
• Ability to create content independently, with strong concepting, writing, and preferably design skills.
• Experience sourcing additional creative resources/agencies, providing leadership and ensuring quality and accountability.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Account Engagement and Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Word Press, SEO Yoast, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Pendo a plus.
• Fluency in graphic design and video editing tools.
