Position: 06.03.2026 A-Players Growth Marketing Manager — New York
Location: New York

Remote (Ukraine and Europe) | Full-time | Advanced English | Overlap with US time (EST) required (at least 4-5h per day)

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate who operates with very high standards, moves fast, and thinks clearly. This is not a pure execution-type role. It’s for someone who wants real ownership, sharp thinking, and close exposure to how founders actually build companies.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team and support go-to-market, positioning, and founder-facing communications across A-Players and selected portfolio companies.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do
  • Own marketing and communication initiatives end to end. From raw input to final delivery.
  • Turn complex ideas, notes, or numbers into clear, founder-ready messages (Linked In, emails, decks, landing pages, internal docs).
  • Write and edit content on behalf of founders, preserving tone, intent, and brevity.
  • Support positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and curated events (e.g. founder dinners, partner or investor events).
  • Research startups, markets, events, or ecosystems and synthesize insights into actionable angles.
  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and execution details without being chased.
  • Proactively spot gaps, risks, or misalignment and suggest concrete next steps.
  • Raise the bar continuously. If something feels mediocre, you’ll fix it.

This is not a social media or content-calendar role
. It sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and client relations.

Requirements What we Expect Mandatory Hard Skills / Experience
  • You’re comfortable learning new tools quickly and navigating different systems. Specific tools matter less than your ability to figure things out fast.
  • Marketing systems understanding
    : understands what CRM, funnels, attribution, and conversion mean.
  • Business prioritization
    : able to triage multiple requests and make trade-offs based on business impact.
  • Research & synthesis
    : quickly turns raw information into clear insights and actionable next steps.
  • Founder-level writing
    : concise, high-judgment communication; able to write on behalf of founders (Linked In comments, DMs, emails).
  • Analytics literacy
    : able to read and interpret basic metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, funnel stages) and use data to support decisions, not just report it.
  • Actively uses AI in daily workflows (research, synthesis, structuring), but does not outsource judgment, positioning, or creative thinking to AI.
