Channel Impact is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing automation professional with a passion for marketing and demand generation. You’ll have a data-driven mindset, an orientation toward process and excellent execution skills.
This salaried position includes benefits and is a remote worker role for candidates located in Canada.
What you'll be doing:- Executing marketing campaigns via email, forms and/or landing pages
- Supporting list uploads and creating segmentations based on filter criteria
- Managing data fields for hygiene and segmentation
- Setting up invites and registration pages for marketing programs
- Setting up custom objects and embedding in the email via Field Merges
- Setting up automated programs
- A/B testing
- Providing reporting on programs and campaigns
- Develop and scale marketing automation processes to support HR-focused client programs
- 3 - 5 years of Salesforce, Database Augmentation/Hygiene, Lead Scoring for a high-tech company. (REQUIRED)
- Experienced using Eloqua and Poppulo marketing automation platform. (A PLUS)
- Airtable or project management tools alike ( A PLUS)
- Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency
- Ability to formulate analyses independently, to transform data into actionable information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS for custom email and landing page builds.
- Well-versed with excel.
- A strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
- You work well with client stakeholders, sharing information and best practices with your counterparts.
- You are a process driven thinker and comfortable with analysis and metrics.
- You take ownership of the result and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it.
- You can make recommendations and take actions in the face of incomplete information and uncertainty.
- You are fun to work with, and assume the best intentions with your colleagues and partners
- BS/BA degree in a related field
