ASAP About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to partner with us in growing our brand’s presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), You Tube, and guide us in expanding to other platforms. This is a contract position focused on developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing content, and keeping us up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendations for Uncharted Outdoors women and Colorado Women on the Fly thought leaders by providing strategic guidance and keeping the team informed on current and emerging marketing trends, especially across Meta platforms and You Tube.
  • Manage and schedule social media content using our Loomly account or your scheduling tool.
  • Create compelling copy and design graphics using Canva to engage our target audience.
  • Develop, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
  • Conduct monthly or bi-weekly meetings to review performance, adjust strategies, and align on upcoming initiatives.
  • Run detailed monthly analytics reports to track KPIs, growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with and recommend photographers and videographers as needed.
  • Develop detailed shot lists for guides and contracted creatives to ensure consistent, high-quality content capture.
  • Take ownership of posting content across platforms according to the content calendar and strategy.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing marketing on Meta platforms and You Tube, including ads and organic growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of branding on copywriting, and graphic design skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights through reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presenting strategies.
  • Network of trusted photographers and videographers or ability to source reliable creatives.
  • Comfortable managing social media calendars and content scheduling tools like Loomly.
Commitment
  • Contract basis with approximately 10 hours per month; open to proposals for different arrangements.
  • Monthly or bi-weekly strategy meetings.
  • Flexible hours to manage posting, ads, and reporting.
