** This individual is a creative, detail-oriented individual with an interest in content creation, social media, and market research. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience with many departments including marketing, client success and sales. A strong candidate will have a genuine curiosity for learning more about Fan Three Sixty  and our industry.

Hybrid work environment with a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Leawood, KS office.
** Job Description
** Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms
* Support the marketing/sales teams in developing and executing campaigns
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
* Help maintain and update the company website
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings
* Contribute to SEO (search engine optimization) campaigns
* Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Hub Spot, website maintenance, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple objectives independently.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in both independent and team environments.
* A creative problem-solver with innovative thinking skills.
* Schedule will require up to 40 hours per week.

Skills and Experience
* Strong technical and social media skills, staying current with trends and platforms.
* Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
* Networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Basic design experience with tools such as Figma and Adobe InDesign.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
