Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Singapore, with work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and grow brand awareness for our clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing social media platforms across multiple client accounts
  • Creating engaging, audience-tailored content that aligns with brand voice
  • Monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities to capitalize on them
  • Analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Collaborating closely with our creative and production teams to ensure consistent messaging and quality
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and clients to align on goals and strategies
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience developing content strategies and planning effective campaigns
  • Proficiency with analytics tools to track and report on performance
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for emerging social media trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience in video content marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
