Job Description & How to Apply Below
About the Role
Four Front is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This isn't a clipboard-and-status-update role. We want someone who can jump in, figure things out, understand the Four Front world, and take real ownership of how our client work gets organized and delivered.
If you're someone who gets things done, communicates clearly under pressure, and genuinely cares about doing good work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll DoShadowing our Project Managers, you'll learn how we operate, how we communicate, and how we keep multiple campaigns moving. You'll quickly take on more: owning timelines, running client touchpoints, and managing client relationships independently.
Project & Timeline Management- Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple client accounts
- Build and maintain campaign timelines, task lists, and internal workflows
- Keep deliverables on track and proactively flag risks before they become problems
- Schedule and facilitate internal and client-facing meetings
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on project status, next steps, and deliverables
- Draft clear, professional client updates and recaps
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Coordinate across SEO, Paid Advertising, Analytics, and other internal teams
- Translate strategy into actionable tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Help document processes and improve how work flows across the agency
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication; clarity and conciseness is a must
- Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing the details
- Direct agency experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, reporting tools, or marketing dashboards
Background in digital strategy, operations, or client services
- You figure things out. You don't wait to be told what to do next and eager to take on more.
- You communicate proactively with clients, with teammates, and upward.
- You take ownership of your work and hold yourself accountable to outcomes.
- You're organized without being rigid. Processes are tools, not rules.
- You can hold your own in a client conversation.
- You adapt quickly as priorities and strategies shift.
- If you need step-by-step instructions and a heavily structured environment to do your best work, this isn't the right fit.
- If you're not comfortable communicating directly with clients and shy away from direct, unscripted communication, don't apply to this position.
- If you measure your success with a to-do list rather than outcomes, this is not the environment for you.
- US-based and authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship)
- Location:
Remote - Expected Salary: $50,000 - $60,000; commensurate with experience
