As a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist (full‑time, 80‑100%) in Zürich Wiedikon, you’ll lead our digital presence. From SEO and targeted advertising to ongoing website optimisation, you ensure FELFEL’s online growth and that our message reaches the right people.

• Continuously optimise the website to improve user experience, structure, and conversion rate.
• Create new landing pages with clean on‑page SEO, GEO, and integrated Hub Spot lead forms.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Linked In to generate qualified B2B leads.
• Manage the paid‑media budget, perform performance reporting, and coordinate creatives and ad copy with the creative team.
• Drive SEO and GEO KPIs, continuously improving content, technical aspects, and off‑page performance.

• 3+ years of digital marketing, growth or performance marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership and optimisation of a website.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads, including campaign setup, tracking, and optimisation for B2B lead generation.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Strong grasp of SEO (on‑page, technical, off‑page) and the influence of GEO and AI‑driven search.
• Preferred experience with Squarespace and Hub Spot (forms, landing pages, lead tracking).
• Data‑driven mindset: translate dashboards into concrete growth actions.
• Proactive, autonomous work style that identifies and executes opportunities.
• Fluent in German and English;
  French is a plus.
• Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss passport.
