Job Description
This contractor will support a global bank’s Consumer Payments Marketing team within the Credit Card portfolio, with a strong focus on campaign execution and portfolio utilization. The role requires expert‑level execution of highly complex, multi‑channel marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, and online banking. The contractor will manage multiple concurrent campaigns involving extensive audience segmentation, offer differentiation, and creative versioning, ensuring accuracy and quality across all campaign elements.
Day‑to‑DayResponsibilities (Refined)
- Execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for the Consumer Payments (Credit Card) portfolio, with a heavy emphasis on campaign setup, execution, and quality assurance
- Support three primary campaign types, requiring deep expertise in managing complex, high‑volume marketing executions
- Lead campaign execution across direct mail, email, and online banking channels
- Manage advanced segmentation and versioning, often supporting campaigns with:
- Multiple card products
- Differentiated offers by card type
- Persona‑based targeting (e.g., travel, dining, retail behaviors)
- Up to 30+ creative variations per campaign
- Coordinate and QA campaigns where offers, messaging, and imagery vary by:
- Card type
- Customer behavior and usage patterns
- Test personas and targeted value propositions
- Execute promotional campaigns such as purchase incentives and APR offers, ensuring correct offer alignment across all creatives and audiences
- Partner closely with marketing, creative, and execution teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards
- Begin execution support for late Q3 / early Q4 initiatives, with continued ownership of campaigns throughout the upcoming fiscal year starting in November.
- 5+ years of Marketing experience executing marketing campaigns
- Financial services background working with credit card products
- Large enterprise experience OR a demonstrated ability to execute multi‑channel campaigns flawlessly (email and direct mail specifically)
- Proficiency with email and direct mail marketing channels
- Stakeholder management experience in a matrixed organization is a must
- Great communication, go‑getter, and very organized;
