Accrue is building a continent‑wide USD stablecoin agent network that helps individuals and businesses send and receive payments across Africa quickly and affordably. We are looking to hire a creative, bilingual, and results‑driven Content Strategist based in Benin Republic to help us grow our presence and customer base in the region.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
• Has a strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Is highly creative and able to come up with engaging, culturally relevant content ideas.
• Has hands‑on experience with video editing and content production (short‑form content especially).
• Is social media savvy and understands how to grow and engage online communities.
• Can analyze content performance and iterate based on insights.
• Is proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of projects.
• Is familiar with the Benin Republic market and understands local trends and user behavior.
• Has a portfolio of content pages or platforms they have managed or grown (this is required).
• Ideally has 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

As a Content Strategist at Accrue, you will be responsible for building and executing our content and community growth strategy in Benin Republic. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and converting users through compelling content.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a localized content strategy tailored to the Benin market.
• Creating and managing engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, etc.).
• Producing and editing short‑form video content that drives awareness and engagement.
• Managing and growing Accrue’s social media presence in Benin Republic.
• Engaging with existing and potential users through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
• Identifying trends and opportunities to create viral and high‑performing content.
• Collaborating with the broader marketing and operations team to align on campaigns and messaging.
• Tracking performance metrics and optimizing content based on data and insights.

• The salary range for this position is $300 - $450 per month.
• 20 days paid leave each year.
