Now, we’re looking for a Content Strategist to help us scale our voice and presence across all channels.
Who We're Looking ForYou’re hungry, creative, and deeply plugged into what works on social. You’re highly organized, love bringing structure to chaos, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You’re a strong communicator who can plan, create, and coordinate content that drives both engagement and results.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Plan, manage, and execute a content strategy that supports our product launches, brand story, customer success, and overall marketing goals.
- Organize and coordinate videographers and photographers for content shoots across the country.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce campaigns, ads, and creative assets.
- Edit short‑form video and image content (Reels, Tik Toks, carousels, You Tube Shorts, etc.).
- Manage and maintain the content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
- Schedule and post content regularly using publishing tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Track content performance, gather insights, and make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop a consistent visual and brand tone, ensuring all content aligns with our values and voice.
- Repurpose long‑form content into bite‑sized pieces across platforms.
- Source UGC (user‑generated content) and manage inbound media from partners, creators, and customers.
- Stay on top of trends in fintech, small business, and creator content to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
- 1+ years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with editing tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma, or similar.
- A portfolio or examples of your social media work.
- Strong organizational and project management skills—you’ll be juggling lots of moving parts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A sharp creative mind and the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment where priorities can shift.
- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or with SMB‑focused brands.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Familiarity with paid social strategy and content for performance marketing.
- Work at the intersection of finance, tech, and small business empowerment.
- Be part of a passionate team building something that truly matters.
- Collaborate directly with founders and a small, high‑performing marketing team.
- Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
- Flexible remote work setup.
- Plenty of room for creativity, ownership, and growth.
