The Head of Social Media position focuses on leading and executing B2B social media strategy, with emphasis on Linked In organic social media, to drive qualified leads and contribute to revenue generation. This role requires expertise in B2B social media marketing, particularly Linked In, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with business audiences while driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Designing and executing B2B Linked In strategies focused on lead generation and brand influence.
- Collaborating with brand, SEO, and content teams to align and amplify messaging.
- Creating and managing automation flows and social selling social media initiatives.
- Analyzing performance data to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Mentoring and coordinating efforts with junior social media team members.

Experience:
3+ years in social media roles with Linked In expertise. - B2B Background: 2+ years in B2B or tech social media roles.
- Strategy Leadership: 1+ years leading social media strategy.
- Education:
Degree in marketing, communications, business or similar field. - Linked In Expertise:
Strong background in using Linked In (organic) as a B2B expansion channel. - Social Selling:
Experience building and executing social selling strategies. - Copywriting
Skills:
Strong copywriting abilities with the capability to create clear, engaging copy for business audiences. - AI Tools Proficiency:
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
