We are looking for an affiliate and partnerships manager who can build and scale real performance channels.

Not Someone Who Talks About Brand Awareness.

Someone who can drive affiliate sales.

Important

This is a full‑time in‑office role
. If you are looking for remote work, this is not the right position.

You will work directly with leadership to build a high‑performing affiliate sales engine.

• Recruiting and managing affiliates
• Building relationships with content creators, influencers, publishers and celebrities
• Structuring lucrative commission programs
• Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships
• Managing outreach, onboarding, tracking, and performance
• Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms

We are serious about building a large online affiliate sales force.

• Has proven experience generating results with affiliates
• Understands performance‑based partnerships
• Knows how to negotiate and close influencer deals
• Is comfortable working with high‑ticket products
• Can manage multiple moving relationships at once

Experience with
high ticket or bulky products is a strong advantage.

Salary range: $50,000 to $100,000 based on experience.

This is a growth role with long‑term upside.

• Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate or partnerships management preferred
• Proven track record with influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers or celebrity partnerships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Performance‑driven mindset
• Must be able to work full‑time in office
